Reaching New Heights in Academic Excellence

Our students’ commitment to excellence is reflected in our recent city-wide rankings. By comparing our performance against every other school in New York City, we can see just how far our scholars have climbed:

  • Skyrocketing Success in Math: In just two years, the city rank for our regular education students in Math has soared from the 34th percentile in 2023 to the 88th percentile in 2025. This means our students are now performing better than 88% of their peers across the city.
  • Leading the Way in English (ELA): We have seen similar triumphs in English Language Arts, where our city rank jumped from the 38th percentile to the 82nd percentile between 2023 and 2025.

 

Outperforming the District and the City

Our students' hard work has placed Bilingual Bicultural Mini School at the forefront of educational achievement in New York. In 2025, our scholars outperformed both our local district and the New York City public school average in core subjects:

  • In ELA, 58% of our students achieved proficiency (Levels 3 and 4), surpassing the district average of 49% and the city average of 56.3%.
  • In Math, our students truly excelled, with 64.8% reaching proficiency, compared to 45.4% in our district and 56.9% across the city.

 

A Community Where Everyone Succeeds

We believe that academic excellence must be inclusive. We are incredibly proud of the dedication shown by all our student subgroups, who are achieving rankings that are among the highest in the city:

  • Our Special Education students achieved a remarkable 90th percentile city rank in both ELA and Math for 2025.
  • Our Former Multilingual Learners (students who have transitioned out of MLL status) reached the 89th percentile in ELA and the 87th percentile in Math.
  • Even our current Multilingual Learners are outperforming their peers, ranking in the 79th percentile city-wide for Math.
